Rental Agreement/Waiver

1. No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. 2. NO face paints, party poppers, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. colored streamers or silly string to be used on or near inflatable. 3. The inflatable is not to be moved or taken down by anybody other than an employee of Dippedbykenn. 4. Shoes, jewelry, or badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to people using the equipment and harm the inflatable. 5. Dippedbykenn is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (included but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, etc.) It is customers responsibility to tell Dippedbykenn where inflatable is to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior to. 6. We can set up on grass, turf, pavers, and concrete. We CANNOT under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. 7. Inflatable must be deflated when winds reach 15mph, No exceptions. 8. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is dangerous and must not be allowed. 9. Always ensure that inflatable is not overcrowded and limit numbers according to the age and size of the persons using it. 10. Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others. 11. No pets, toys, or sharp instruments on the inflatable at any time. 12. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as this is dangerous. 13. Do not allow any one to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is dangerous. 14. No smoking on or around the inflatable. 15. No BBQ's, grills, fireworks, or open fires around the inflatable. 

Client Responsibility 

1.All inflatable dimensions are listed on our website. It is the client's responsibility to ensure there is enough space where you would like the inflatable placed.If there is not enough space to set up the inflatable upon arrival, we may refuse to set up and take full payment. 2. It is enforced by Dippedbykenn to NOT remove any decorations such as balloon garlands from inflatable. The Dippedbykenn team will be responsible to remove all decorations carefully to ensure unit is not damaged. 3. It is the clients responsibility to ensure there is access to an electrical outlet or generator. 4. If it is raining the day of your event or winds exceed 15mph, the deposit will be held and you will be able to reschedule for a future date within 90 days of original scheduled date. If rain or strong winds occur unexpectedly during your event, it is the client's responsibility to notify Dippedbykenn as soon as possible to collect the inflatable. 5. If any damages are made to the unit at event will need to be covered by client. It is the clients responsibility to understand the rules that are enforced to ensure the unit is protected and taken care of. 6. All clients will need to sign and date these rules stating they understand and acknowledge the terms before set up.

Refunds

There are no refunds or returns on any products. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

There will not be a refund or return on cakes/items that were damaged, melted, or uncared for by customer. Every customer is responsible for their order once it is in their possession. 

Pickup Instructions

Desserts: Keep in cool place. Do not refrigerate unless item/s will be consumed the next day. Condensation (sweating) will occur with refrigeration. While transporting, keep out of direct sunlight and have AC on in vehicle. 

Cakes: Please place cakes on a flat surface. Ex: Floor of car, in persons hands/lap. Please avoid placing cakes on the seat of the car as they are not sitting straight and have a risk of falling or damaging. Please have car AC on HIGH (during summer). Cake must stay in the fridge until 30 mins before serving. Do not place in direct sunlight. 

*ONCE CAKE HAS LEFT MY POSSESSION, I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE. 

Payment Expectations

All orders will not be secured unless FULL payment has been sent. Full payment must be sent within 48 hours of your request being approved. If payment has not been sent within 48 hours, order will be cancelled and spot will be filled with another inquiry. NO EXCEPTIONS.
